You mean there are other basses? :D This is where those discussions go.

Bought it last summer. Had a local fret wizard level the frets, and another guy spiff up the finish a bit.
A 2000 model, Arctic Night, with maple fretboard. two bart j pickup, and a bart preamp.
Special truss rod wrench, and the truss rod turns backwards from everything else.
19mm bridge spacing

Beats anything I have ever owned.

I've got it bad, now.

I had a rapture 5 for a while, actually chose it over an Alembic... YIKES! . it was a great player.. nice wide flat neck, but I wasn't happy with the way the pickups sounded. too open and bright. that thing was a sweetheart though. I called Pedulla to ask about getting a beefier or darker sound and spoke to Mike Pedulla. he wasn't very helpful. I tried a number or string options including some realy cool TI super alloys, but just couldn't get what I wanted out of the electronics, so it went and I bought a P bass.
