What you found on Digikey is an EMI filter and is not what you want. This is the .047µF cap you need for the tone pot.

This should work well as the dual-concentric volume control. https://www.ebay.ca/itm/KAISH-A250K-Gui ... Swo2xb4UjB

This should also work, and it has knobs.

If so, if I understand correctly, I will only be missing the soldering iron and the lead. And the knob. I have no idea where to find a knob that matches the ones currently on my Trib SB-2. If anyone would like to point me in the general direction, that would be greatly appreciated.

Allparts ships to Canada and has a pretty big selection of knobs. You might find something that is close to the stock knobs, or you can replace them all with some sort of matched set or mix & match.

Thanks so much, Ken! You are such a fountain of knowledge and expertise...we are lucky to have you.

Unfortunately, it seems that Allparts doesn't have chrome concentric knobs in stock.

This should also work,[/url] and it has knobs.

I wonder if you know of another place? The url that you included seems to be for the cap...have you found a place that has concentric knobs that also include the pot?

I found this on my own:

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/Electric-Guitar ... 0677.m4598

I guess it looks pretty similar to what I want. Is there anything that I should look out for?

I would imagine that this will work well. They look like the ones I used on my SB-2 when I did this mod.

So this is what I bought:

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/KAISH-A250K-Gui ... 2749.l2649

https://www.ebay.ca/itm/KAISHMetal-Dual ... 2749.l2649

I bought this in part because the second listing states that these products go together...I hope so, because I don't know a whole lot about shafts and so forth.

I also bought the caps that were listed above.

So now I wait. And after, I will do the work.

Thanks again!
