Sgt. Peppers Anniversary Edition

Just bought the CD and I have to say I'm impressed. In honest-to-God stereo, greater dynamic range, cleaner. Wow!

This is important stuff to this old fart.

Not to sound like a Debbie Downer (Brucie Bummer??) but man.....I can't get into all this high end mastering/mixing on vinyl. First, I gotta drop a boatload on good stereo equipment. Then, I gotta drop a boatload on fancy schmancy vinyl. Then (and this is the part of the equation that is least likely to happen) I gotta get enough free time to be able to sit back and get my money's worth by just listening.

Now get off my lawn!
