I have finally got round to taking photos of a few more of my herd, well basses anyway.
First my trusty old 62 P that I have since about 1968 or 9, can't remember exactly. It was all I could afford at the time and was in the bargain basement along with a very beat up Ric. I refinished it as someone had scraped most of the original red finish off and daubed it with household polyurethane varnish.
The blue tape on the pickup has been there since I bought it, there is a slight earthing problem that I have never bothered to sort out. If you touch the magnets with you finger it screams especially when plugged into my old tube amp.

Very beat up Stingray 5. It was filthy when I bought it and has large areas of finish missing. These do not show up on the photo but believe me it is a real beater but very nice to play and I don't mind where I take it.

Musicman SUB that I bought for peanuts as it was filthy and the bridge was assembled incorrectly. All it needed was a strip, a good clean and reassembly correctly and it has turned out to be a really nice bass. I change the awful aluminium pick guard for a nice antique white perloid one.
