L-2000 / L-2500 / ASAT pickup wire color coding

Postby Cue Zephyr » Mon Mar 19, 2018 12:59 pm

Howdy folks,

Could somebody please tell me what the pickup wire colors stand for? I can only find a thread on Harmony Central with a dead link and no answer.

I would like to know which wires are the start and finish of which coil.

Thanks!

From my notes, both pickups would have the same orientation as follows:
yellow = neck coil hot (+)
green = neck coil ground (-)
white = bridge coil hot (+)
black = bridge coil ground (-)
